I am a Private Practice Counselor and Therapist for Individual Adolescent, Adult, Family & Marital problems.  I have been in the Mental Health field since 1982.  I have been Licensed post Masters Degree since 1996.  I am interested in and enjoy working with a variety of life problems.  These include Adjustment difficulties, Depression including BiPolar & Mood Disorders, Stress Management, Anxiety, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Parenting, Marital, Divorce Support and Mediation, Substance Abuse/Addiction, Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, and Eating Disorders.  Certified as a Counseling Supervisor.  I work to build a trusting and respectful relationship then to formulate treatment goals and a plan which fits each clients' individual needs. I use an integrated Systemic therapeutic approach with a Solution focused and Brief therapy foundation.
